therapy for what matters

therapy for what matters

Hi it's me, your potential therapist!

Diagnoses come and go. Life keeps doing its thing.

Whatever you’re wrestling with, let’s sit with it and get curious.

Where are we at? What’s working? What are we missing? What do we want or need that we aren’t getting? What are we avoiding? What are we trying to maintain? What do we need help facing? What do we need help practicing? Also, how do we do all this stuff?

We’ll explore some ideas, imagine some possibilities, see what’s happening with our feelings, and try some things out. Welcome to Orona Essentials therapy for when the rubber meets the road.

Get the support you need

What about when talking about something isn’t enough? Or doesn’t work? Or is just too hard or painful?

This is where I come in. I specialize in trauma-informed approaches to addressing symptoms brought on by mental health challenges and devastating or stressful life circumstances. Together we will collaborate to learn which approaches (creative, expressive, somatic) work best for your specific system to heal.

I see individuals, couples, and families at a rate of $175 per 50-minute session (+$50 per additional person for couples and families; includes extended time). I have limited low fee spots, and accept some insurances. I specialize in expressive arts and experiential therapy.
